The CCM Capitals organization is commited to player development and competitive tournament play. The club will have 2012 teams at the following levels; 03/04, 02, 01, 00, 99, U10, U12 and U14 . The home ice of the CCM Capitals is the Plymouth Ice Center.

Goals of the CCM Capitals:
- Develop individual player skills in all aspects of the game though technical instruction and repetition using top training protocols
- Provide an opportunity to train hard with friends, close to home, in a fun and positive environment
- Maintain a training schedule that is heavily weighted in practice and skill development time
- Provide entry into the local premier AAA tournaments such as the Minnesota Meltdown, Independent Classic and the Easton Cup
- Provide an environment and schedule that encourages other sports activities
- Provide a high quality experience in all aspects of training, competition, communication and equipment at a competitive and appropriate cost
Structure of the CCM Capitals:
- Teams ranging from 1999 to 2004 birth years and U10 - U16 Girls
- Most teams will carry 15 skaters and 2 goalies, along with 5 alternate/practice skaters
- Team training schedules run March to mid June, mid July to Labor Day
- Team designation of Open and Invite for tournaments will be based on overall team strength
- Local, top quality coaches will lead each team and be supported by full time professional instructors for skaters and goalies
- An independent board of hockey experts will over see the quality of the coaching and communication to ensure a great experience and value
